Crystal - Chem., Mineral. 1. A solid having a characteristic internal structure and enclosed by symmetrically arranged plane surfaces, intersecting at definite and characteristic angles.
2. Resembling crystal; clear or transparent.

Resonance -Physics. The state of a system in which an abnormally large vibration is produced in response to an external stimulus, occurring when the frequency of the stimulus is the same, or nearly the same, as a natural vibration frequency of the system.

Therapy -The application of treatment in order to affect change or improvement in a system.

Crystal Resonance Therapy™ -
1. The process of applying the vibrational frequencies of crystals to a system in order to affect change or improvement in that system. The process of utilizing the vibrations of crystals for healing.
2. The practice of utilizing resonant vibration to clear a system, so that it comes to resemble crystal. A meditative practice for clearing one's physical and energetic bodies until they resemble crystal in their clarity and energy.

The practice of Crystal Resonance Therapy™ is a cohesive system of personal spiritual growth and a modality for healing one's self and others. Through the practice of CRT, one is able to integrate all teachings on the uses of crystals and stones while simultaneously increasing one's skill in vibrational healing.

Many people, when thinking of healing with crystals and stones, think of the practice of the "laying on of stones". This is an ancient system of placing stones upon the body so that their vibration will create a shift in the body's energetic field. The practice of laying on of stones is integral to the practice of healing through CRT, but at the same time it represents only a limited part of the total practice.

In "traditional" laying on of stones, the practitioner would place stones on the body, usually over the traditional East Indian "chakra" or energy centers. Some practitioners would then leave the stones to do their work, while others would combine the stone energy with some other type of energy balancing work. When the allotted time had passed, the practitioner would then remove the stones and the session would end.

There is nothing at all wrong with this type of work. Indeed, it can be very effective, depending upon the skill of the practitioner. The energy of the stones will, indeed, create shifts in the energy of the client-- often clearing blockages and facilitating the free flow of energy throughout the body. The client may enter an expanded state of awareness during the session, accessing guidance and other information that may help the client to resolve issues in their life. The client may feel closer to the mineral and spiritual kingdoms after such an experience.

This model of crystal healing has served us for the past twenty years or so. Since the mass rediscovery of crystal power and energy in the early 1960's, and especially since the mid 1980's, there has been a tremendous increase in this type of crystal healing. Unfortunately, most people who practice and participate in crystal healing are unaware of the mechanics of why crystals and stones work in conjunction with the human energy field. By understanding and utilizing these mechanics, the practitioner can greatly increase the efficacy of crystal healing.

During this course you will learn the mechanics of how and why crystals and other energies interact with the human energy field. If you currently practice crystal healing, or engage crystals and stones in meditation practice, you will be amazed at the increase of energy you will experience when you apply the practices and understanding you will gain here. The less than exact science of "crystal healing" will evolve into the much more effective practice of Crystal Resonance Therapy.

Crystal Resonance Therapy™ is the process of applying your understanding of vibrational mechanics in order to more effectively manipulate the human energy field. You can utilize CRT on yourself, for others, for healing the Earth, communicating with the plant, animal, or mineral kingdoms, accessing alternate dimensions, or communicating with your guides or angels. CRT can help you to do all of this because the understanding of vibrational mechanics that you gain through the study and practice of CRT can be applied in situation where vibration exists.

The practice of CRT can help you to manifest your dreams onto the planet, heal your relationships of discord, regulate your weight, reinforce your vitality, facilitate wonderful meditations, and create magic on the Earth plane. It is a versatile, powerful, and integral practice for anyone who wishes to joyfully participate in creation. Because it is a practice that is based upon the mechanics of vibration, it can be utilized in any situation where changing a vibration would be useful.

Crystal Resonance Therapy™ is an ancient knowledge that has been held for us until the time when we were ready to reclaim the power of the human light being. That time is now! Much of this knowledge is held within the cells of your body, waiting to be released by the higher vibration of these times. As you practice the exercises of CRT you will be creating a vibration that will further unlock your inner knowing and understanding of the material. Each of us is the carrier of important knowledge. The fact that you are taking this course is an indication of your readiness to reclaim this knowledge that you carry deep within.

The practice of CRT is based on a blend of ancient and modern theory. The ancient aspects of CRT evolved from recovered information relating to the practice of resonant therapies of the Atlantean culture. Other ancient roots include the intrinsic human belief systems of shamanism, animism, and pantheism. Modern influences of CRT stem from quantum physics and other recent models of the universe.

The ancient Atlantean cultures utilized the practice of resonance in all healing modalities. Utilizing light, sound, electro-magnetic fields, elemental energies, and other sources of strong vibratory energy, the Atlantean healing cast ( priests & priestesses of the various healing temples) would realign the energetic field of the person seeking the healing. At that time, we were much less dense and more easily aligned. Resonant practices and modalities that had begun as methods to maintain our lightbodies became effective as energy medicine to correct imbalances in our increasingly dense bodies ( see ancient history section ).

The development of resonant systems to affect healing were based upon the most basic law of physics. All things within the universe are purely energy. It is only when that source energy has been stepped down to a certain vibration that it becomes manifest as physicality. Therefor, all things have an inherent frequency range at which their physical form vibrates. The law of resonance states that when one vibrating system ( physical body) comes into contact with another vibrating system ( another physical body), the vibration of the weaker body will adjust its energy to match that of the stronger body. In other words, the vibration of the stronger system will adjust the energy of the weaker system.

Within the framework of healing, this law is integral to effective and deep treatment. We know that our body/mind/spirit is a manifestation of energy within a certain frequency range. When that body/mind/spirit moves out of harmony, it experiences discord, which manifests in the form of illness-- either on the physical, mental, or emotional levels. How then do we change this vibration to move it back into harmony? Allopathic medicine would have us believe that we must change the physical body. In some cases, such as massive trauma or acute illness, this treatment is the most effective. But if the energetic discord still remains after the symptoms have been treated, the vibratory imbalance will again manifest as an imbalance in the body/mind/spirit. In order to fully treat the imbalance, the energy must be returned to a natural state of harmony.

How can we affect this field of energy in order to change its vibration? The law of resonance states that we must introduce a stronger field of vibration which will then change the weaker vibration of the imbalance to match its own. Some of the most powerful sources of energy fields on the planet are all around us. Among these powerful corrective energy fields are the energy patterns of light and color, sound vibration, the vibrational field of the Earth, the vibration of the minerals that form much of the Earth's energy, and the vibration of the elemental forces that exist all around and within us.

The ancient Atlantean healers knew the power of these vibrational sources. The energy of the Earth's energetic field was utilized as a main power source in Atlantis. Its energy was channeled through tremendous Quartz crystals and other tools that utilized minerals and light in combination to harness energy from the environment. Color was utilized as a healing vibration, as was sound vibration. The energy fields generated by these tools were incredibly strong. Unfortunately, they proved to be too strong-- their misuse eventually resulting in the downfall of Atlantean civilization.

The utilization of these devices and sources of energy, however, are now being rediscovered. Lasers, for instance, are incredibly powerful tools that utilize minerals (generally ruby, sapphire, and emerald) and a strong light source in order to create a beam of energy that can be utilized to change the actual physical structure of a compound. Quartz crystals we know to be both piezoelectric ( generating energy when struck) and pyro-electric (generating energy when heated or cooled). Sound vibration can shatter glass or open the crown chakra during meditation. We are currently working on harnessing the energy of the elemental forces for electricity and other power-- solar, hydro, wind, geo-thermal, and more. Indeed, scientist are currently working on harnessing the power of spiraling ions as a massive power source. There is no doubt that all of these forces can generate tremendous energy, and that this energy effects all that comes in contact with it.

Crystal Resonance Therapy™ adopts the ancient Atlantean and modern quantum physics understandings of resonance as a healing force. The vibrations of crystals and stones are very powerful because they are themselves in resonance with the greater energy field of the Earth. We react strongly to crystals and stones because we contain minerals within our own bodies that are then drawn into resonance with the larger vibration of the crystal. This change in vibration alters our energy field and changes the way we feel.

This may seem subtle on the surface, but when our physical bodies are approached from the level where they are understood to be merely side effects of our energetic selves, it makes complete sense to treat the energy before it becomes manifest. This is the reason that CRT practice is so completely transformational. Not only do you learn to heal, but in that healing, you learn to create by influencing the form that energy takes on the planet! All humans are capable of this. Indeed, this is the reason we are on the planet in the first place-- to learn to create reality out of energy.

The tools that the CRT practitioner utilizes in this transformation work are deceptively simple. The first and foremost focus of the CRT practitioner in their healing work is the human crystal. We'll get more into an explanation of the human crystal in a moment. The second tool is knowledge of the mineral and elemental kingdoms. The third tool is a knowledge of the practice of resonance. With knowledge of these tools their uses, the CRTh (Crystal Resonance Therapist) can effectively change reality, heal their own lives or guide others in healing, become a vibratory beacon of Light on Earth, regenerate the planet, and work MAGIK!

The Human Crystal

The first tool mentioned above is the human crystal. This concept is so fundamental to the practice of CRT, it could take a whole course in itself. As a matter of fact, it will! The goal of this course it to enable you to experience becoming a human crystal, and so I will spend quite a bit of time explaining the concept. Please remember, however, that experience is worth a million words! Be sure to do the exercises consciously in order to facilitate the acquisition of experience.

As I mentioned before, all things physical are actually energetic. We all heard this in high school, right? And most of us say that we believe it. But how often do we consider the full impact of that statement? Everything is energy. It is only the frequency of the energy that makes it appear to be solid-- its rate of vibration. This rate of vibration needs to be within a fairly narrow range in order to appear as physicality. When it does, however, it acts in certain ways that cause it to take certain forms that make up our fabulous reality here on the physical plane.

Indeed, just about everything in this reality is made up of basically the same stuff. When you break down the most solid thing around-- rock for instance--you actually come down to smaller and smaller particles. You begin perhaps with molecules of elements and compounds. Forming the molecules are even smaller particles called atoms. When these atoms are reduced, you are at the level of subatomic particles-- such as neutrons, protons, and electrons. Break these particles down further and you begin moving into the quantum level-- where matter is energy and energy is matter. Quarks, which are very small particle/wave beings, can actually be in two places at once!

Our physical bodies are merely manifestations of these tiny particles which coalesce into larger particles, then they join together into communities of atoms. Atoms come together to form the crystalline structures of molecules, which come together to form even more complex and wonderful communities, such as our hair, skin, teeth, bones, blood, etc. The really amazing part is, the iron molecules that are in our bodies are exactly the same manifestations as the iron molecules that are in the nails on your roof, or the blood of the butterfly that just flew by. All of these communities that we call iron molecules vibrate in the same band of frequencies whether they are in your body or in the dirt. The quartz crystal that you attune to consists of the same silica molecules that are the building blocks of your tissues and the sand on the beach; and vibrates at the same rate!

So, all of this matter is built of more or less the same stuff and vibrates at more or less the same rate, right? Not exactly. You see, back before we coalesced into quarks, we were consciousness. If physicality is a very narrow band of frequencies that are a more or less accidental side effect of energy, what is the energy that is outside this narrow band? It is the GREAT and POWERFUL energy of consciousness. The entire physical universe is merely the physical manifestation of a very narrow part of a larger energy! If we are not contained within that narrow band, HOW LARGE ARE WE?

Now, back when I was ranting and raving about the laws of physics and the idea of resonance, I mentioned that when a system is introduced to another system that has a stronger energy field, the first system MUST change and realign itself in an attempt to resonate with the stronger field. Well, this little bitty piece of reality we call physicality is surrounded and penetrated by the giant force of consciousness. Our entire spiritual quest is the natural outcome of our need to change our vibration to match that of the non-physical conscious self! We not only want to grow spiritually, but we MUST grow spiritually. It is a law of this physical world that was (brilliantly!) built in to ensure that we would be able to eventually evolve into that which is of an equal energy as consciousness.

The side effect of this entire law of resonance being that our energetic selves are constantly and directly effecting our physical self. Our thoughts have their vibrations. Our beliefs have their vibrations. Our emotions have their vibrations. All of these vibrations affect matter. All of these vibrations affect or physical bodies. I'll exactly how later.

Now, we know that if we project our thoughts ( strong conscious energy) into a quartz crystal, that quartz crystal will alter its vibration to match that of the thought. It will become programmed to continue resonating with that thought long after we cease to think it. Now things start getting interesting. You see, our bodies are made up of basically the same things as the Earth, in different combinations and quantities. We have quartz Crystal in our body in the form of silica molecules. These silica molecules can be programmed to carry our thoughts. As a matter of fact, these silica molecules carry our thoughts even when we don't necessarily want them to! They continue to vibrate on with these thoughts, happily humming away. This vibration goes out from our mind/body and begins to resonate the silica (and other stuff) around it. That stuff starts to vibrate with the thought. Pretty soon, you look around and start to see that everything in your reality is vibrating with your thought! This can be good or not so good, depending upon which thoughts you are programming into your human crystal. Of course, our realities are also affected by what others around us are vibrating with as well.

So, in this way, we are human crystals. We are vibrational amplifiers that receive energy from a greater source and channel it through our physical/mental bodies and create experience with it. Now, you may also of heard that crystals can be programmed with thoughts, knowledge, ideas, information, etc. Usually, this was thought to have been done on a large scale in Atlantis. Many people have had the experience of accessing this knowledge in a crystal or stone. Or, perhaps the stone is accessing this knowledge within you?

Your consciousness can program your body with certain patterns of energy in order to ensure that you will create certain lessons for yourself in this narrow band of frequencies we call physicality. This programming is done through something I have called the "filter system", which we will get into in depth in our studies of energetic Neoteny. These filters are merely thought forms which your consciousness has created in order to slow its own vibration so that it can enter this physical realm. Some of these filters are mutable, or easily changeable, and some are fixed and are much more difficult to change. As you progress through life, these filters set up your lessons and experiences. Usually, when you have completed a lesson, that energy form will dissolve or change to create the next logical experience.

Sometimes, however, we experience filters that get "stuck" and do not change as they are supposed to. This can severely limit the frequencies of energy you are able to receive from consciousness, and can manifest as physical, emotional, or mental dis-ease. You may find yourself playing out the same patterns again and again and again and again, all the while thinking, " I thought I had gotten this lesson!" or "Why me? I don't get it!" These filters are, for the most part, hidden within your physical and near energetic bodies.

Sometimes these filters are from other lives, and serve to ensure that your consciousness gains the full experience available to it here by playing many different roles. Sometimes they are caused by severe emotional trauma that was such a strong pattern, it created a resonant field that is difficult to change. Sometimes, the filters are your own choices and habits that become ingrained. Just like a programmed crystal, you continue to play these energy patterns over and over in your life.

Since filters are energetic forms, they can be treated with energy-- namely, with resonance therapy. Perhaps by creating a strong resonant field by utilizing a crystal layout, you could create a vibration strong enough to move these stuck filters. Perhaps you could utilize your knowledge and training to clear your body and energy of outmoded filters, replacing them with filters that empower you and serve your evolution. Perhaps you could program your human crystal to carry and emit certain sets of frequencies for prolonged periods of time.

This is what CRT is. Not just healing with crystals. Not just healing. But a process and a series of tools that allow you to vibrate with consciousness-- transforming physicality along the way. There is so much to learn! We are on the cusp of a total transformation and evolution in our human experience here on the Earth plane. CRT provides the tools and understanding to consciously experience and initiate that transformation on all levels of being.

Becoming the human crystal. Utilizing crystals and resonant tools to create and dis-create on the Earth plane. Clearing yourself of lifetimes of lessons and focusing your energy on doing you soul work consciously and now. This is what my vision of CRT contains. But, before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. Let's get to it!
