Ordering
FAQ
- Orders are generally
processed within 5 - 8 business days of our receipt of the order.
- If an item is
backordered, we will let you know the expected delivery date. We are
at the mercy of our suppliers on this, as we don't manufacture these
items. Our suppliers are generally very good about not running out
of stock, but it does occasionally happen.
- When you place
an order, you will receive an autoresponse confirmation from our shopping
cart system. This does not mean that we have received the order in
our office. Orders are received by us during regular business hours
(10 - 2 Mon - Fri) EST. If you order on a weekend, we won't receive the
order until Monday.
- We ship all
items via US Priority Mail within the U.S. International orders are
sent via Global Priority Mail (under 4 pounds) or by Airmail Parcel Post
(over 4 pounds). Sorry, but we can't ship international orders via
surface mail as they invariably get lost.
- We can ship via
UPS or FEDEX if absolutely necessary, but most overnight shipping
requests are sent via US Mail Overnight service. The reason for this
is that we are in a very rural area, and we have to drive 30 miles
to go to a drop off for other carriers. We like to avoid doing this
whenever possible.
