We recognize that our customers are our business. Crystalis Group LLC and its subsidiary companies will not share, distribute, sell, rent, trade or otherwise compromise any of your customer information.

E-mail Newsletters

Our e-mail newsletters and announcements are sent using a third party e-mail managment company, Constant Contact. This company is respected for its strict adherence to spam laws and best practices in commercial e-mailing. Any customer that requests removal from our e-mail list will be immediately removed through the Constant Contact system. Once removed, you cannot sign up again using the same e-mail address.

Postal Mail

Very rarely we will send announcements and information to our customer base. These postal mailings will not be sent more frequently than four times per year. We do not send any postal mailings that are not directly related to our customers' interests and our company. We do not sell, rent or share your postal mailing information with any third party or partnership company.
