Returns

I am happy to accept returns if you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations. In order to facilitate the processing of your return, please:

• Send the item back by US Priority Mail or equivilent to:

• Send all items with delivery confirmation service. This way, it is easier to find if it becomes lost in the mail.
• Returns must be made within two weeks of the ship date from our office.
• Items must be in original condition in order to be refunded.
• If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, you really do have to keep the original packaging and show it to the post office it was delivered by. This is the only way the Post Office will reimburse us for the damage to the item.
• I can only refund you in the same way that you paid for the item. If you paid be credit card, I will refund that credit card. If you pay by check, I will send you a check in return. If you pay via Paypal, I will refund you via Paypal.
• Refunds are generally issued within 48 hours of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
